JOB DESCRIPTION

A Water Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining water supply and distribution systems. This role involves working on projects related to water infrastructure, treatment, and conveyance, with a focus on ensuring the availability and quality of water for communities. Water Engineers play a crucial role in addressing water challenges and contributing to sustainable water management.

QUALIFICATIONS

There are no formal academic entry requirements. Training is provided Off and on-the-job. NVQs/ SVQs in Operating Process Plant are available at Level 2.

TASKS

  • Design and plan water supply and distribution systems, including pipelines, pumping stations, and storage facilities..
